Welcome to our retreat in the heart of Centerville! This one bedroom apartment is located in a duplex and is fully furnished to be your home away from home! Cuddle up on the Living room sofa in front of the fireplace to watch your favorite TV movie! The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to create yummy Treats. The bedroom offers a queen size bed and a cozy seating area. Book your home away from home TODAY! The space This one level duplex is located within walking distance of Centerville's cute downtown area and was converted from a single older family home into two units. There is a full size kitchen, two dining spaces, a nice size Living room with TV with Roku, TV stand with a fireplace and Couch. The Bedroom is nice size and offers a seating area and closet for clothes! There are two entrances... the covered patio is located close to the driveway offers a nice seating area and has a couple stairs. The back door can be accessed via the sidewalk by the driveway and does not have stairs. There is wifi access through out the unit. Guest access There is a keypad located on the front door that guests will utilize during their stay for access to the apartment.
