Magnolia Cottage -no cleaning fee

Unwind at this modern cottage. The house was lovingly renovated in recent years, featuring vaulted ceilings in living/kitchen area, home theater, and smart home system. The house within walking distance of Johnny Cash's hideaway farm, where Mr. Cash called "center of my universe". 2 mins drive to naturel area with walking trail and Bon Aqua Spring. The space We acquired this cottage as our first home in Tennessee from original owner who owned it for more than half century. Luckily we were able to restored part of original hard wood floor. But as typical old houses, some problems just couldn't be corrected, for example, the floor isn't perfectly leveled, the bedrooms' ceiling only 7 ft. tall, and entrance door is narrower and shorter than nowadays normal ones. This little cottage (796 square feet) located on two and half acres land in rural Hickman County, it tucked back off an old highway for nice privacy, yet its only 10 mins from I-40 and from where you can easily commute to Nashville (45mins) and Franklin (43mins) Looking for a place can accommodate more guests? check out my other listing: Timeless A Cabin Other things to note PLEASE DON'T SMOKE, VAPE (including any kind of e-cigarettes) inside the house. Unfortunately a lot of Airbnb hosts have the worst luck when it comes to people booking from their own city to throw parties. -Extra Guests Absolutely no extra guests or visitors unless approved. Example: if you book for 2 people only 2 people are allowed on the property. -Pets (up to 2) We welcome cats and non-aggressive breed/housebroken dogs to this cottage. But we do charge extra cleaning fees, which is $40/stay. You either can add your pets when booking or left cash upon your departure.
