This apartment is one of two next to each other on the 2nd floor. To see the other apt., search "Charming Historical Apartment" on Airbnb. Note- Apt. can sleep 4. Queen sofa bed is an extra $25 linen fee and a $20 extra per person, per night fee. No pets allowed except certified service dogs. Enjoy a stylish, urban experience in this cozy gem with all the amenities you'll need for a home-like experience. We use dye and fragrance-free detergent on towels and sheets, no dryer sheets. The space The apartment consists of three rooms. It has one bedroom with a king-sized bed in it with a firm mattress and memory foam top. There's an attached bathroom to the bedroom with a toilet, sink and bath/shower. There is a tankless water heater for your comfort. A blowdryer is provided and a black "make-up" washcloth. There is a closet with hangers to hang some clothes in and a full chest of drawers in that bedroom. There is a 55" Samsung TV that is connected to Wifi and your streaming apps. The kitchen consists of a full kitchen with a refrigerator with ice maker, electric oven and stove, dishwasher, toaster oven, drip coffee machine, a Keurig one cup at a time coffee maker and an electric water kettle. There's is a blender, pots and pans, cookie sheets, salad spinner, casserole dishes, set of plates and glassware, cooking utensils, serving bowls and various kitchen supplies. There's a full set of spices. Next to the kitchen, there is a dining room table in the kitchen area with six chairs but has leaves to expand it if needed. This can be used as a workspace too. The living room has a queen-sized sofa bed and we can provide a memory foam topper on it and have that ready for you if you'd like. (There's an extra one-time fee of $25 to use the sofa bed, sheets and towels) There are 2 wing-backed chairs and ottoman and a love seat sofa. There's a set of drawers beneath the TV in the living room. There is a 65" Samsung TV that is connected to Wifi and your streaming apps. There is a bathroom in the hallway that is shared by the office renters that you can feel free to use. Just please keep it clean at all times. There's a washer and dryer in the main bedroom. We do not provide the washing soap. If you need an ironing board and iron, there is one there in the chiffarobe closet. Guest access Guests use all of this space and also the hallway bathroom if they want to use that. Other things to note The entire place is there for you to use but some cabinets are locked up and not available. Please respect that.
