Charming, Historical Apartment!

This apartment is one of two next to each other on the 2nd floor. To see the other apt., search "Creative Corner Suite" on Airbnb. Apt. can sleep 4. Queen sofa bed is an extra $25 linen fee and a $20 extra per person, per night fee. NO PETS ALLOWED EXCEPT REGISTERED AND CERTIFIED SERVICE DOGS. Enjoy a stylish, urban experience in this cozy gem with all the amenities you'll need for a home-like experience. We use dye and fragrance-free detergent on towels and sheets, no dryer sheets. The space The apartment consists of two rooms. It has one bedroom with a king-sized bed in it with a firm mattress and memory foam top. There's an attached bathroom to the bedroom with a toilet, sink and standing shower. There is a tankless water heater for your comfort. A blowdryer is provided and a black "make-up" washcloth. There is a chiffarobe to hang some clothes in and set of drawers in that bedroom. The other room consists of a full kitchen with a refrigerator with ice maker, electric oven and stove, dishwasher, toaster oven, drip coffee machine, a Keurig one cup at a time coffee maker and an electric water kettle. There's is a blender, pots and pans, cookie sheets, salad spinner, casserole dishes, set of 4 for dishes and glassware, cooking utensils, serving bowls and various kitchen supplies. There's salt and pepper, cinnamon, nutmeg and sugar. We have ground coffee in the fridge and will pick up some milk for you if you'd like that. There is a dining room table in the kitchen area with four chairs but has leaves to expand it if needed. This can be used as a workspace too. The sofa has a queen sized bed in it and we can provide a memory foam topper on it and have that ready for you if you'd like. (There's an extra one-time fee of $25 to use the sofa bed, sheets and towels) There's a wing-backed chair and ottoman. There's a set of drawers beneath the TV in the living room. There is a bathroom in the hallway that is shared by the office renters that you can feel free to use. Just please keep it clean at all times. There's a washer and dryer in the main bedroom. We do not provide the washing soap. If you need an ironing board and iron, there is one there in the chiffarobe closet. Guest access This apartment is on the second floor and requires taking about 20 short steps up to the hallway. Guests use the entire space. Other things to note There are security cameras in and outside the building but not in the rented space.
