It is a guest house on a larger property that includes a main house that is the owners residence. It is 40 Minutes from Nashville, TN. Quiet and Peaceful, the property is just off Historic Hwy 100, minutes from local fare and conveniences. A few miles from Nashville's most well known sites like, Natchez Trace Parkway, Loveless Cafe and DT Nashville and the Broadway Honky Tonks. The space The Cottage is one big open space that includes A fully stocked kitchen with pots, pans, dishes and utensils and coffee bar. Plus dining and Living/Bedroom, Fully furnished with sectional full/queen size convertible bed including a charging station and linens. Plus an extra long twin bed. An oversized bathroom with Large shower and washer and dryer. Bathroom linens supplied. Guest access Multiple parking spots included steps from a private entrance. Guests can enjoy the surroundings that include a fire pit and deck Other things to note Tents can be set up on the property if additional guests want to camp out. Property owners can supply a tent for small fee.
