The Space:

This is an upstairs and downstairs unit. The downstairs unit is the main unit and sleeps up to 16 people, with a giant kitchen and tons of cooking essentials to prepare any home cooked meal you can enjoy with friends and family. The upstairs unit is occupied by a separate tenant. Rainy day? Hang out in the living room and watch your favorite Netflix show on our Roku Smart TV. Have fun playing games: Apples to Apples, Chess, Checkers, and cards. Games not what you are looking for? No worries, we have puzzles, chalkboard for drawing, and if you're looking for a good book to read, we have those too! Any occasion, this house is here to fit any needs you may have.

Brick home is conveniently located across from "The Dell" on University of Lynchburg's campus. 3 bedroom/ 3 bathroom downstairs with an additional living room space turned into a sleeping area making the downstairs unit into a 4 bedrooms unit. When you walk into the front door, there is a beautiful living room with a queen sleeper sofa and a desk if you would like to get some work done. There is a HUGE room to your left by the fireplace that sleeps 6 with 2 full beds, 2 fold-out couches and a large bathroom and plenty of space. Once back into the living room, there is a formal dinning room with a beautiful chandelier. To the right there are 2 rooms with a king bedroom and queen bedroom with a shared bathroom. Once back into the dinning room area, walk forward into the beautiful kitchen and get ready to cook your favorite meal! The kitchen includes with a hight top table next to the chalkboard! Please enjoy! Hidden washer and dryer in the cabinets.Moving forward to your right you have the trundle bed room that sleeps 4. This cozy area was the extra living room turned into the trundle bed room. To the left there is a bathroom with 2 sinks. Now you are at the back door ready to start the grill on the large back porch with a high top table, seats 6 comfortably. Don't worry about getting rained on we have you covered! The yard is fenced in with a private area to park your car inside the gate. The garage and pool are closed off. You will have access to the entire unit, both upstairs and downstairs.

The upstairs unit is a 2 bedroom/ 1 bathroom upstairs with an additional living room space turned into a sleeping area making the upstairs unit into a 3 bedrooms unit. When you walk into the front door, there is a beautiful living room with a full sleeper sofa and a coffee table with two chairs. A perfect size 4k 50 inch Roku smart TV for you pleasure. As you walk into the kitchen to your left is a dining table fitted for a nice quiet dinner. To your right is everything you need to make a dinner or quick cup of coffee. As we head to the back to your right is the King Bedroom. Where you have a view of the University of Lynchburg. Leaving this room straight ahead will be the bathroom. To your right is the Queen Bed Room AKA the Jungle Room. Has the added touch of a compact yet very convenient storage area.

Guest Access:

The house has a digital combo lock pad. We will provide you with the code upon check-in.

The Neighborhood:

Located across the street from the University of Lynchberg its the perfect location for game day activities.

Getting Around:

Central location. We offer parking for our guests. However, Uber and Lyft are available in the area.

Other Things to Note:

We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 25 years of age to book.

If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.
