Our newly constructed home with mountain views is located in a quiet neighborhood approximately 15 minutes from Liberty University. We built our home with entertaining guests in mind. It is an open concept layout so family and guests can comfortably interact . The deck spans the entire width of the house (65') and includes a covered dining area with gas grill and adirondack chairs with plenty of room for sunset viewing over the mountains or games like ladder ball and corn hole. Lots of natural light via our 20' wall of windows. Perfect for watching wildlife like deer, rabbits, groundhogs, and hawks. Our property also spans two acres on a small stream and is perfect for strolling in the evenings. Main level: Master suite: Main level with walkout to deck and a massive on-suite bathroom that includes double vanities, walk-in tile shower with rain shower and seat, oversized jetted tub, mountain views, and a separate toilet room. Great Room: YouTube TV, XboxOne, two couches, two chairs, a gas fireplace. Kitchen: Island with seating, Fridge, Coffee Maker, Dishwasher, Gas Range, Kitchen Aid mixer, dishware, silverware, and plenty of cooking stuff. Breakfast Nook Dining Room Laundry Mud Room Second floor: Guest Room 1: Two bunked beds and one Queen bed with a private sink area and large closet. Guest Room 2: One king bed with a private sink area and large closet. Jack and Jill Bathroom Loft: Mountain views, 50" TV, Xbox360, Darts, and games. Dog: We have a small Westie named Scotch that lives in our home when we are there. He travels with us when we have guests. Westies are known for being hypoallergenic and for very, very little shedding. These are big reasons why we chose his breed. He is also super adorable and fun. If we didn't list that we were pet owners, you would probably never know it. Master Closet, Office, Attic, Garage and Basement are only areas that are not accessible. We are happy to answer any questions that you may have as soon as we can. We love meeting new people! If we are in town, we will give you a tour of the place and then leave you to it. Our basement is a separate apartment that we may or may not be staying in. This apartment has everything we need and we would not need to interact with you or access the main house unless you would like us to. If you would like to hang out, let us know. If not, we completely understand and will leave you to your privacy. Our area is absolutely beautiful with friendly neighbors. We are far enough away from the city to see almost every star in the sky (no street lights either), but only a few minutes from Kroger, WalMart, local restaurants/bars, fast food, etc. Uber is available in our area. Roads are a little windy, but well maintained and not steep. Estimated Drive Times: - 20 minutes from the airport - 25 minutes from the train/bus station - 15 minutes to Liberty University - 13 minutes to University of Lynchburg - 20 minutes to Randolph College Entertainment: Our home includes the following activities: - Board Games: Settlers of Catan, Monopoly, Scrabble, etc. - Corn Hole - Xbox One S - Private John Legend Concert ($500,000 up-charge last time I checked) - Lawn Darts (not the stab you in the eye kind) - Wall Darts (Potentially the stab you in the eye kind) - Bocce Ball - Netflix - DirecTv - Star Gazing (Bring your own telescope, or eyes) Charity: Jessica and I are blessed to have this amazing home and to be able to share it. We wanted to be able to share a little of this with others around us as well. We will be donating $25 out of each booking to a local or national/international charity that we would love for you to select. We will provide a list of charities prior to your checkout for you to choose from. We hope to build a little awareness as well as support others in a small way.
