Forget your worries in this spacious and serene apartment. It offers a full terrace apartment, 1 king bed, 2 twin beds, 1 bath, full kitchen and private entrance. Nearby: Liberty University, World-class disc golf course, Thos Jefferson's Poplar Forest & National D-Day Memorial! Enjoy views of the countryside, close proximity to the gorgeous Blue Ridge Mountains, nearby wedding venues, vineyards, breweries and popular Smith Mountain Lake (40 min away.) Non-smoking/vaping home. The space The entire spacious downstairs terrace level is yours to enjoy; two bedrooms with King bed & (2) twin beds. There's a bonus room with comfy sofa and big screen TV if you need a little time to yourself! An air mattress for a fifth guest ($25/night extra charge; including infant as fifth guest) can be requested. We maintain a quiet home, however, you may hear occasional household sounds, as we do live upstairs. Be aware that this is a smoke/vape, alcohol-free campus. Guest access Guests have access to the entire terrace level apartment, including the large, covered patio area. You have free parking in your own separate private driveway with plenty of room for 2 cars (3 in a pinch). Other things to note Twin air mattress can be requested for fifth guest (extra charge $25/night; this includes infants). Our home is mostly suited for 4 adults and is not child-proofed per se. If you have young children, we recommend that you safeguard the apartment in a way that suits your family. We also offer limited entertainment for children, so please be prepared to bring whatever activities that might be suitable. We encourage you to bring suitable bedding for smaller children such as a Pack 'n Play crib for their own safety and your peace of mind. We have two cats who live upstairs exclusively. If you are highly sensitive to allergens, you may want to take this into consideration. Please be aware - this is a basement unit and we are home during the day, so you can expect some noise during daytime hours between 6am - 10pm. Very few guests have found the noise to be an issue. We have installed a white noise machine next to the bed to mitigate this. Additionally, Lynchburg, Virginia is a disc golfers delight. With over 10 different disc golf courses in the City and surrounding areas, there’s no shortage of places to play. The courses range from 9 holes to 20 and all have varying difficulty levels. LYH is the host city for the 2024 PDGA World Championships!
