Cozy brand new guest suite less than 6 minutes to LU, University of Lynchburg, and Wards Rd. Relax in a private, clean, spacious studio that hosts 2 guests in the comfy queen sized bed (there is an additional NEW room w/ Queen bed available for booking as well- “Sandusky Studio B”). The room also has a mini fridge with freezer, microwave, and Keurig. The living room space has tv, couch & table. Guests can also enjoy rocking chairs on their private screened in porch, which is right off the suite! -The guest suite, including bathroom, is a newly constructed space with new paint, new windows, and ceiling. -The suite is located in the basement with 3 windows and 1 large bay window. Guests can access this privately from the driveway in the back. -We live in the upstairs and the other half of downstairs. We do our best to respect guests, and this is our goal, but as a busy family you may hear us from time to time. -Guests will check themselves in with the smartlock. -BRAND NEW, ADDITIONAL ROOM available! The studio has a living room area with a coffee bar, couch, tv, and table for laptop work and/or eating and sitting. This is also a place for the queen air mattress provided in the studio. Sandusky is a quiet, centrally-located neighborhood just minutes from downtown, universities, shopping, eating, parks, and the Blackwater Creek Trail.
