This second floor 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom with den is set up with a King in the Master Bedroom and Queen in the 2nd Bedroom. The Den has 2 Twin beds which makes it convenient for visitors or colleagues visiting while you are living in paradise. It is decorated with a tropical decor, and has central air and ceiling fans in the den and on the lanai.  This home also has an iMac Desktop Computer and Apple TV.



The full kitchen features granite countertops.  It is open to the living room and dining area and contains everything you will need to prepare meals at home. The large lanai is furnished with nice patio table and chairs to make for enjoyable dining outdoors year ‘round while the palm trees sway.  This unit also has a full-size washer and dryer set.



The living room has a tropical decor and is furnished with a plush sofa and a flat screen TV. The dining area has a table and chairs. The master suite contains a luxurious bathroom with a huge tiled shower stall and double sinks with stone countertops. Enjoy plenty of drawer space and closet space in this king bedroom where there is a lovely king sized bedroom set, flat screen TV and a door leading to the lanai. The guest bedroom has slider doors to a private lanai and plush queen bed. Second bath with tub/shower combo is adjacent to this bedroom.
