Our Kunia Pool Villa is a 2 story Single Family House with a Pool. The layout is great, Living room, Kitchen, dining Area and Half bath are all downstairs. You can see the pool from pretty much anywhere. Upstairs the house features 4 Bedrooms, one of them is a Home office with a 27' Mac computer for those who can work away from home! The master suite has a king size bed. the 2nd bathroom is on the hallway next to the other 3 bedrooms. We have a drive way for 2 cars and also street parking. You can walk (about 10 minutes) to pretty much all your basic needs. Walmart, Times Supermarket, Starbucks, a few fast food places, and also a few restaurants. You will only need to use your car to go to the beach or Costco. Theres also a Down to Earth, an Organic and Natural Market about 15 minutes drive from the House. Residential Development close to North Shore of Oahu (25minutes), Waikiki, (35minutes), 15 minutes to: Disney Aulani Hotel, Water Park, Four Seasons, Snorkeling Beach, Costco, Target, and all Major Supermarkets and Several Restaurants/shops. Also 10 minutes from Kamakana Alii mall. You can take a uber to most places, but it can get pricey. It's best to have a car to go to attractions. If you plan on only hang at the house and relax by the pool. There's a supermarket, a Wal Mart and Starbucks with 10min walking distance. If you are fortunate to be able to work remotely, our pool villa is the perfect place for you. The home office is set up with a 27” Mac + 2 external monitors, a printer, very comfortable chair and height adjustable desk up to standing height. If you have Children they will be able to play at the private pool or at the neighborhood center where they have a huge grassy area, tennis courts, playground and an exercise area.
