1. Optional fee-paid Linen/Laundry services available for purchase.

2. The outdoor swim-spa/resistance pool is open all year round but the COVER MUST BE CLOSED AND SECURED AFTER EACH USE.

3. The pool is only open from Memorial Day Wknd through Labor Day Wknd **(But guests may make paid arrangements for an early opening or late closing)

4. Four of the six BR's are on the 1st Level and have 2 kings, 2 queens and 1 full bed. Two further BR's on the 2nd Level have 1 king and 1 queen bed.

5. This home is on a private Bay beach with no lifeguards. It has wide tidal shifts similar to the beaches in Cape Cod where the water goes far out from the house at least 2x daily.

6. Four of the 5 bathrooms are en-suite (1 is a Jack-and-Jill bath shared between the Poolside and Beachfront BR's) and the 5th bathroom (on the 2nd level) is tiny.

7. This Property DOES NOT permit cancellations.

8. This Property has OUTDOOR SECURITY CAMERAS and must be consented to in the Owner's Contract.

10. Only the listed amenities are provided.

11. Absolutely NO parties or events are permitted.

12. Guests must sign a contract accepting the owners terms and conditions.
