Family-friendly condo in the heart of Wildwood Crest sleeps 5-6. Walk to the beach, shopping, bars/restaurants, water sports and enjoy amazing sunsets literally around the corner at Sunset Lake. The living room has a sectional couch with additional chairs and seating to comfortably seat all while you're watching the 55" Smart TV or enjoying some quiet time with family and friends. The spacious primary bedroom features a King bed, huge closet, and office desk. For those with very small children, you'll have plenty of room for a Pack-n-Play for your little one. The second bedroom sleeps 4 with bunkbeds, two twins on the bottom and a full size bed on the top. There is a 3-drawer dresser, a large closet, and some extra seating as well. There is also an eat-in kitchen, a full bathroom (no tub, just shower), central air, washer/dryer, free WIFI and two dedicated off-street parking spots, and plenty of free on-street parking too! Please note: We do not supply linens and bath/beach towels. (The beds to have pillows and comforters. 5 beach chairs are provided for your convenience - we ask that you clean them off prior to your departure for the enjoyment of the next guests. They are found in the shared shed in the back yard. The chairs for the unit are labeled accordingly. You may also store/lock your bikes in that shed. Please note that this is a shared space with the other units, so we ask your consideration in allowing enough space for them. There you can enjoy amazing sunsets every night, enjoy food and drink options, and access to the water if you choose to fish, crab, kayak, swim, or any other fun activity. If you head towards the beach, you are a few minute walk to the main access point at Rambler Road. The Wildwood Crest Beach Patrol is located at this beach (also a surfing beach). Here, there is also a playground, bike rentals, ice cream shops, and many other activities for you to enjoy. Please note: In order to rent our home, we require Airbnb Government ID verification and a minimum age for primary renter/occupant of 25 (required by our Condominium Association). This means that you must be 25 to rent, and you must be present during the rental period.
