Three Bedroom, 2.5-bathroom Townhouse on the best block in the Crest! *****Please note rental week is Sunday to Sunday starting June 21, 2026 The space First Floor As you walk into the front door you will be greeted by a large family/living room area, which consists of a sofa, two recliners, and a TV with a Roku. There is also a hutch that a few games are provided in. Next, you will pass by a closet and half bath before walking into a large fully stocked eat-in kitchen. The kitchen consists of 4 counter-height chairs along with a kitchen table to seat 6 people. A TV is also provided in the kitchen area. Out of the backyard sliding doors, there will be a table and 6 chairs along with a grill and access to a shed to store any beach gear you may have. Second Floor Our second floor consists of 3 bedrooms; a master bedroom with Queen size bed, a TV with ROKU, 2 closets, and an ensuite bathroom with a stand-up shower. The second bedroom consists of a full-size bed and closet. Our 3rd bedroom consists of 2 twin-sized bunked beds and 2 closets. There is also a full bathroom with a Shower/tub to service the 2 bedrooms. - High-speed internet (Xfinity) - Beach Box available for use (Lock is Provided) -Propane Grill along with Table and chairs in the backyard available for use - We have two parking spots in front of our townhouse available for your use. We share a driveway with our attached neighbor. **Please be aware of where their side of the driveway is to not impede on their two parking spots. ( There's a lighthouse in the middle of the raised flower bed, which is also the center of the townhouse). We will accept pets on a case-by-case basis along with $125 pet fee per stay per pet Also, guests must provide proof of rabies vaccination for their pets per New Jersey state Law. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home except a closet in the half bath and a small pantry off of the kitchen. Other things to note ***************************************************************************************** *** Please note rental week is Sunday to Sunday starting June 21, 2026*** ***************************************************************************************** We do not rent to tenants if they are under 25 unless they are with their family as we are a family rental place. We do NOT supply sheets or towels however we do supply a comforter, pillows and an initial supply of paper towels and toilet paper will be available. Laundry detergent, dishwasher pods and garbage bags will be available for use.
