I am an architect and the owner of Rose Rent Lofts in Chambersburg. As an architect for K12 schools on the east coast, I've rehabilitated a number of historic schools and this project represents the first we've converted to residential use. My wife and I maintain an apartment in this complex and are happy to answer any questions about Chambersburg, your housing experience, or the project's history.
