Our building is secure and home to 30 friendly residents who are happy to welcome you to Chambersburg! Rose Rent Lofts is a residential apartment community in downtown Chambersburg, PA. The building is a former High School with original portions as old as 1824. The space This apartment is on two levels and is 963 SF. There are wood floors throughout the main level and carpeting in the loft (bedroom). There is ample general closet space as well as a large closet in the loft bedroom. The kitchen has a large counter with counter-height dining stools and lots of storage. The kitchen is appointed with a full set of pots and pans, glass bakeware, metal bakeware, and a wide array of cooking and baking accoutrements. A combo coffee maker for a 12-cup carafe as well as single-serve k-cups is included along with a toaster oven. The large french-door style refrigerator has ice and water in the door. The bathroom has a large counter and shower and is appointed with 2 sets of thick, soft cotton towels and oversized bath sheets. Ensuite laundry is provided with a stacked washer and dryer. WiFi access is free, and television with cable service is included. Guest access In addition to the apartment, residents and their guests are welcome to stretch out in our lobby area to relax, work, or play our 1870 grand piano. Residents and their guests may also enjoy the adjoining community room with its large-screen TV. Guests are also welcome to enjoy the use of our pool table. Other things to note Guests will be given an access code for the security system and guest suite prior to check-in.
