Bedding Configuration is as follows:
Master Bedroom- 1 King Bed
Bedroom #2- A triple stack bed- On top, 1 twin, in the middle is 1 queen, bottom pullout is 1 twin
Bedroom #3- 1 Queen Bed
In addition, there are two single rollaway beds (bedding provided).
***Firepit NOT available during fire season, which typically goes from May through October, but is subject to change based on county requirements.
Early check-in and late checkouts are usually unavailable. This includes luggage and grocery drop-offs. Please kindly plan your grocery shopping/traveling around the 4 PM check-in time (you can check in after that as late as you would like). If you need to check in early or check out late, we strongly recommend booking an additional night on the front end or back end of your stay. This will allow you to check in as early or check out as late as you need. Most homes up here have a 10AM checkout. We do 11AM to give you extra time. Our housekeepers and cleaning inspectors work all over the mountains, and timing is usually tight.
California Highway Patrol may require chains and/or 4 wheel drive with snow tires during winter and spring months. Please prepare accordingly.Unfortunately, no refunds can be given for guest's lack of vehicle preparation.
Due to the high demand of this property, and the amount of inquiries it gets across different booking platforms, the cancellation policy will always be upheld. We STRONGLY recommend purchasing some type of travel insurance to protect your vacation investment from unforeseen circumstances that may prevent you from making your trip. It's a nominal cost that can absolutely pay off!
After booking, the rental agreement displayed at checkout will also be sent for E-sign to the email on file. Kindly E-sign this within 48 hours after you make your booking to finalize your reservation.
