Sleeping Arrangements: Master Bedroom: 1 King Bed Second Bedroom: 1 Queen Bed Third Bedroom: 1 Queen Bed Fourth Bedroom: 1 Queen Bed Fifth Bedroom: 1 Queen Bed Guest access Guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire 5-bedroom home, the surrounding grounds, and all listed amenities. This includes the private dock, hot tub, personal beach area, kayaks, and covered patio. Enjoy complete privacy and a seamless self-check-in process during your stay. Other things to note Rental Agreement: A rental agreement with ID verification is required. This must be completed within 48 hours of booking. Access details will only be provided after the agreement is signed. Starter Supplies: We provide a starter package including 3 rolls of toilet paper, 1 full roll of paper towels, and bath towels for each guest. What to Bring: For your safety, we highly encourage you to bring your own life vests to ensure a proper fit when using the kayaks. Firewood: Firewood for the outdoor firepit is not included but is available for purchase for your convenience.
