Gated driveway parking for 2 vehicles is included. We provide starter supplies of toilet paper, paper towels, coffee/creamer/sugar, hand/dish soap, and toiletries. Other things to note Our nightly rate covers up to 2 guests. Additional guests (up to a max of 4) are charged at $20 per person per night. Accurate headcount must be confirmed no later than 24 hours prior to arrival. Our max occupancy is firm and we cannot accommodate groups larger than 4. We welcome potty-trained, well-behaved dogs — up to 2 dogs per stay, $25 per dog per night. Dogs must be supervised when off-leash in the yard. Please let us know ahead of arrival if you plan to bring pets. (More details in House Rules.) Guests are required to sign a digital rental agreement within 48 hours of booking (or ASAP if arriving within the next 5 days). Failure to do so may lead to guest-initiated cancellation under the agreed policy. Standard check-in is 4 PM or later, with check-out at 11 AM. Earlier check-in or later check-out may be possible for an additional fee. The guest house is located above the detached garage, so climbing steps is required. The main house at the front of the property has 2 security cameras that actively record: at the front door/porch and facing the garage/driveway. There are absolutely no interior cameras. We are fully permitted and abide by all local and state regulations governing short-term rentals. Registration Details 2019002743
