Guest access Guests have complete and private access to the entire apartment, located above our detached garage. Gated driveway parking for 2 cars is included. We provide starter supplies of toilet paper, paper towels, coffee/creamer/sugar, hand/dish soap, and toiletries. Other things to note Our nightly rate covers 2 guests or less. Additional guests (up to our max occupancy of 4 guests total) are charged at $20 per person per night. Accurate headcount must be confirmed no later than 24 hours prior to arrival. Our max occupancy is firm and we cannot accommodate groups larger than 4. We welcome potty-trained, well-behaved dogs, up to 2 dogs per stay, for a fee of $25 each per night. Dogs must be supervised when off-leash in the yard. Please let us know ahead of time if you plan to bring pets. (More details in House Rules.) Guests are required to sign a digital rental agreement within 48 hours (or ASAP if you’re arriving in the next 5 days). Failure to do so may lead to guest-initiated cancellation under the agreed policy. Standard check-in is 4 PM or later, with check-out at 11 AM. In some cases it may be possible to arrange for earlier check-in or later check-out for an additional fee. The guest house is located above the detached garage, so climbing steps is required. The main house at the front of the property has 2 security cameras that actively record: at the front door/porch and facing the garage/driveway. There are absolutely no interior cameras.
