No weekend work is planned unless delays occur. Please don’t harm them. The HOA performs regular pest control, but some insects and lizards are part of island life. Our units are meticulously cleaned and inspected. If you experience more than normal pest activity, we’ll work with the HOA to help. These occurrences do not constitute a refund or rental adjustment. ☀️ HAWAIʻI CLIMATE: Hawaiʻi’s tropical environment supports a variety of island wildlife, including geckos, ants, and occasional roosters. Despite regular professional pest control, these are part of normal island living.
