The remodeled clean modern kitchen with upgraded appliances and ocean views makes cooking a true pleasure. ***There is a coin laundry room on this floor. We do all laundry started essential you*** Lanai: Lanai set for two with table. We do supply beach gear consisting of beach chairs, umbrella, and a cooler(NO snorkel gear). Stay Aloha provides a generous essential starter kit. This includes laundry, 16oz luxury organic bath, and kitchen essentials. We do not restock essentials. There is an Aloha welcome gift for you upon arrival as well. No resort or parking fees. We do have a $50 Damage Insurance Fee that covers up to $1500 in damage for our guests. Accidents happen and we have you covered. It's all about the location... Nani Kai Hale is on the 6 mile stretch of beachfront located in North Kihei. Offering amazing sunsets, swimming, kite surfing, those long walks on the beach and spectacular seasonal whale watching. This resort also features pool/spa area, gas barbecues, and free onsite parking. PEST CONTROL AND ROOSTERS: Due to Maui’s rural location you may experience the occasional rooster, as well as harmless geckos. Geckos are friendly, eat insects, and are considered good luck in Hawaii. Please don’t kill them. The HOA schedules regular professional pest control services for pests such as ants, roaches, and rodents however they cannot be completely controlled in this part of the world. Hawaii is located in a tropical climate, and insects, rodents, and lizards flourish in this environment. If our guest spot more than the normal expected pests, we always make our best efforts to contact and work with the HOA to minimize your interactions with these pests. Our units are meticulously cleaned and inspected. Any contact with such pests within or outside the unit does not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment. *We make no guarantee that properties around to the Unit will be free from disturbances, including but not limited to noise or inconvenience from construction, traffic, or other guests.
