This is a lovely quiet neighborhood north of Taos, about a 15 minute drive to the heart of Taos, 5 minutes to quaint, charming Arroyo Seco, and about 20 minutes to Taos Ski Valley. Close to some great dining options a few minutes away by foot, bike or car, it makes this rural location feel fantastic. Access to all the arts and culture, the scenic views and recreation, and great local dining and drinks! Taos Ski Valley offers public free shuttles from KTAOS radio station (junction 150/522/64) to Taos Ski Valley during their ski season. Mostly, self contained options are best in this rural location - so driving and renting a car if needed, is the best option for staying at this home. Taos Air does offer flights to Taos during the ski season, so direct travel to and from Taos with rental from Enterprise is an option for connection at Austin, Dallas, LA, San Diego, etc. visit taosair.com for more info. Bikes are great - although we don`t have good bike infrastructure, so safety for families is a concern, but biking is a great way to see the sights.
