Welcome to Kapalua Ridge Villa 612. This large 1 bedroom, 2 bathroom 1125 sq ft condo features an open floor plan with a large private shaded lanai. Admire Honolulu Bay, sunsets, whale watching, sailboats, & more. This condo has ocean views from the lanai, living area, dining area, & kitchen. The unit can comfortably accommodate 4 people. The pool is a few steps away & there is a walk path that leads you all the way down to the resorts/beach. Kapalua Ridge Villas is coastal Luxury at it's best. The space Over 1100 sqft inside this private 1 bedroom 2 bathroom condo, not including the 2 lanai. The layout: Primary Suite: King size bed, plenty of storage, private lanai, window AC, Smart TV with cable , work desk area, and ensuite bathroom with soaking tub/shower. Second bathroom: Located in the common area this full bathroom features a walk in shower, single sink vanity, toilet, more closet space, and the in unit washer/dryer. Common area: Open floor plan with plenty of seating including a sofa sleeper, love seat couch, 2 sitting chairs with ottoman, dining table, breakfast bar, and window AC unit. Lanai: This large private shaded lanai includes a dining table for 4 people and 2 lounge chairs to enjoy the ocean views. There is also party lights out there for some night ambiance. We do have beach gear consisting of chairs, umbrella, and cooler. NO snorkel gear There is one designated parking space(free) and visitor parking on site. NOTE: You do have to walk down a few steps to get to the unit from the parking space. Kapalua exudes coastal Luxury. Surrounded by 5 star resorts, top restaurants, world class golf courses, and amazing beaches Kapalua provides the perfect setting for your special getaway. Stay Aloha provides a generous essentials starter kit. This includes laundry, luxury organic bath, and kitchen essentials. We do not drop extra. There is an Aloha welcome gift for you upon arrival as well. No parking or resort fees. We do have a $50 Damage Insurance Fee that covers up to $1500 in damage for our guests. Accidents happen and we have you covered. PEST CONTROL AND ROOSTERS: Due to Maui’s rural location you may experience the occasional rooster, as well as harmless geckos. Geckos are friendly, eat insects, and are considered good luck in Hawaii. Please don’t kill them. The HOA schedules regular professional pest control services for pests such as ants, roaches, and rodents however they cannot be completely controlled in this part of the world. Hawaii is located in a tropical climate, and insects, rodents, and lizards flourish in this environment. If our guest spot more than the normal expected pests, we always make our best efforts to contact and work with the HOA to minimize your interactions with these pests. Our units are meticulously cleaned and inspected. Any contact with such pests within or outside the unit does not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment.
