There is also a hallway area by another entrance door that has all the beach gear you will need for a great day(Tommy Bahama beach chairs, umbrella, and a cooler). We do not provide snorkel gear. Second bathroom: Located in the common area on the side of the kitchen and living room this full bathroom features an updated shower/tub combo, toilet, and clean vanity with storage. Common area: We have an open floor plan consisting of a remodeled fully equipped gourmet kitchen with high end appliances, breakfast bar(4 seats), large flat screen Smart TV with cable, comfortable sofa sleeper, and reclining chair. It will not affect any view or amenities. 🦎🐓PEST CONTROL AND ROOSTERS: Due to Maui’s rural location you may experience the occasional rooster, as well as harmless geckos. Geckos are friendly, eat insects, and are considered good luck in Hawaii. Please don’t kill them. The HOA schedules regular pest control, but some insects and lizards are part of island life. Our units are meticulously cleaned and inspected. Contact us if you experience more than normal pest activity — we’ll work with the HOA to help. These occurrences do not constitute a refund or rental adjustment. ☀️CLIMATE: Hawaii is located in a tropical climate, and insects, rodents, and lizards flourish in this environment. If our guest spot more than the normal expected pests, we always make our best efforts to contact and work with the HOA to minimize your interactions with these pests. Our units are meticulously cleaned and inspected. Any contact with such pests within or outside the unit does not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment.
