Admire sunsets, whales, sailboats, & Black Rock torch lighting from your large private lanai. This spacious 1 bedroom/2 bath floorpan provides can comfortably accommodate 4 guests. Remodeled in 2024 with new cabinetry, quartz countertops, high end appliances, new bathrooms, furniture, lux vinyl flooring, sofa sleeper, smart TV, Sonos Sound System, & more. Book 508 today! The space ***Please note: The Whaler will be doing routine painting/scaffolding work of building one's exterior throughout 2024 and early-mid 2025. This project will impact the state of the lanais, some of which will be unusable M-F 8 am-5:30 pm. The exact schedule is fluid and subject to change. Please consider this when booking.*** The layout: Over 1000 sqft inside this completely remodeled 1 bedroom 2 bathroom condo, not including the oversized private lanai. Overlooking Kaanapali Beach and Black Rock, watch the nightly torch lighting ceremony. Primary Suite: King size bed. Primary suite has its own walk in closet, Smart TV with cable , and a remodeled ensuite bathroom. There is a custom walk in shower, washer/dryer, and beautiful bright vanity with plenty of drawer space. There is also a hallway area by another entrance door that has all the beach gear you will need for a great day(Tommy Bahama beach chairs, umbrella, and a cooler). We do not provide snorkel gear. Second bathroom: Located in the common area on the side of the kitchen and living room this full bathroom features an updated shower/tub combo, toilet, and clean vanity with storage. Common area: We have an open floor plan consisting of a remodeled fully equipped gourmet kitchen with high end appliances, breakfast bar(4 seats), large flat screen Smart TV with cable, comfortable sofa sleeper, and reclining chair. Lanai: This shaded are includes dining table for 4 people and 2 lounge chairs to enjoy the ocean and Black Rock view and nightly torch lighting ceremony. Stay Aloha provides a generous essentials start kit. This includes laundry, luxury organic bath, and kitchen essentials. We do not supply extra. Every vacation rental is different and we supply more than most companies on island. There is an Aloha welcome gift for you upon arrival as well. In the heart of Kaanapali, the Whaler is the perfect location. This resort offers one of the best beaches in America, tons of dining options, and world class shopping all within walking distance. There is a Whaler Village shuttle that runs to Kapalua or Lahaina town. Whaler Village also has EV charger if you are renting an electric car. There is no better place to make your Maui memories. Please note Aston will collect a $35 per day reservation/resort fee at the front desk upon arrival/check in. There is a 24 hour front desk for check in/check out. We have a $60 Damage Insurance Fee that covers up to $1500 in damage for our guests. Accidents happen and we have you covered. PEST CONTROL AND ROOSTERS: Due to Maui’s rural location you may experience the occasional rooster, as well as harmless geckos. Geckos are friendly, eat insects, and are considered good luck in Hawaii. Please don’t kill them. The HOA schedules regular professional pest control services for pests such as ants, roaches, and rodents however they cannot be completely controlled in this part of the world. Hawaii is located in a tropical climate, and insects, rodents, and lizards flourish in this environment. If our guest spot more than the normal expected pests, we always make our best efforts to contact and work with the HOA to minimize your interactions with these pests. Our units are meticulously cleaned and inspected. Any contact with such pests within or outside the unit does not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment.
