The space Ocean views from every single room in this 4th floor updated corner unit The layout: Bedroom 1: This room features an ocean view, queen size bed, dresser, ceiling fan, and sliding lanai door access that leads out to the lanai. En suite bathroom features single sink vanity, remodeled walk in shower, toilet with an ocean view(not kidding), and plenty of storage. Bedroom 2: This room also features an ocean view, King size bed, dresser, ceiling fan, TV with cable, and a direct private lanai. Bathroom 2: 2nd bedroom/guest bathroom features single sink vanity, remodeled walk in shower, toilet, and storage. Common area: We have an open floor plan consisting of a fully equipped kitchen, dining table for 4 people, Smart TV with cable, pull out comfy queen sofa sleeper, and two chairs. There is also beach gear for your use in this unit(NO snorkel gear). Lanai: Dining table for 4 and 2 lounge chairs on this large lanai. There is also a second private lanai off Bedroom 2. Hololani Resort offer underground parking, elevators, trash chutes, ocean front pool, BBQ area, and more. Stay Aloha provides a generous essentials starter kit. This includes laundry, luxury organic bath, and kitchen essentials. We do not drop extra. There is an Aloha welcome gift for you upon arrival as well. No parking or resort fees. We do have a $50 Damage Insurance Fee that covers up to $1500 in damage for our guests. Accidents happen and we have you covered. PEST CONTROL AND ROOSTERS: Due to Maui’s rural location you may experience the occasional rooster, as well as harmless geckos. Geckos are friendly, eat insects, and are considered good luck in Hawaii. Please don’t kill them. The HOA schedules regular professional pest control services for pests such as ants, roaches, and rodents however they cannot be completely controlled in this part of the world. Hawaii is located in a tropical climate, and insects, rodents, and lizards flourish in this environment. If our guest spot more than the normal expected pests, we always make our best efforts to contact and work with the HOA to minimize your interactions with these pests. Our units are meticulously cleaned and inspected. Any contact with such pests within or outside the unit does not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment. *We make no guarantee that properties around to the Unit will be free from disturbances, including but not limited to noise or inconvenience from construction, traffic, or other guests.
