Guests who choose this cabin will certainly be wowed by the cabin's size, architecture, and convenient location near popular places to shop, dine, hike, fish, and ski. White Mountain Summer Homes is a prestigious guard-gated neighborhood in Pinetop. It is well-known for its quiet community and beautiful, winding tree-lined streets. This is not a suitable neighborhood for parties, events, or loud gatherings. Guests must follow HOA rules. You cannot ride motorcycles, ATVs, or UTVs in the neighborhood. They must be trailered from the gate. The golf course is private and can not be accessed unless you are a member. There is a public golf course across the street at Pinetop Lakes. There is no AC, but there are is a screen door, multiple windows, and fans. It also cools down significantly at night even during the hottest part of the summer. There is central heating, a pellet stove, a wood stove, and space heaters for heating. There is a washer and dryer. Please review house rules before booking
