Hang out in the living room to watch an entertaining Netflix movie or show on the flatscreen TV then use the full kitchen's small and major appliances to throw together a delicious lunch to enjoy at the dining table with seating for four. Spend an afternoon in the shared pool or head out to the beach for a day of sun and sand. The patio is a terrific place to wake up with a cup of morning coffee before taking the trolly to the Village, Marginal Way, restaurants, and local activities. Have a little work to do while you're here? The home's high-speed WiFi makes it quick and easy for remote workers and students to complete their projects on time.

Sitting a mere mile from the gorgeous sandy stretch of Ogunquit Beach, there will be no delay in packing a picnic and spending an afternoon listening to the waves. Though the beautiful coast is the main draw here, exploring the town will be just as fun. Local restaurants and adorable shops line the streets, so pop into some of the places that catch your eye, as they will not disappoint. Some local favorites nearby are Barnacle Billy's, The Front Porch Piano Bar and Restaurant, and Ogunquit Beach Lobster House! Plus, for a bit of fun for the whole family, Cape Neddick is home to York's Wild Kingdom and Nubble Lighthouse both sitting within seven miles of home base.

The indoor pool will have limited access until June 29 and will only be accessible on the days listed below. May 20 - 22, May 27-30, June 3-5, June 10-12, June 17-19, June 24-26 -2022
Parking notes: You will receive 2 parking permits that hang from your rear view mirror. The blue pass allows a vehicle to park adjacent to one of the buildings and the red pass allows a vehicle to park in the spaces along Route 1. The permits are not vehicle specific. There is NO designated parking spaces! Replacement permits will cost $50 per permit. Any vehicle without a permit being display will be towed at the owner’s expense. Permit parking will be effective May 7, 2022.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.)
The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
