The 3rd bedroom has a queen bed, flat screen tv, and plenty of storage. Each bedroom has its own air conditioner for personalized comfort as you sleep. A second full bathroom with an air tub/shower combo is off the hall between the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms. In addition, this level has a large laundry room with a full-sized washer and dryer, utility sink, and pull-out ironing board.          The main living area is a level up. The magic of the house shines on this floor as you are rewarded with indoor to outdoor living and non-stop expansive ocean views. The gourmet kitchen is extremely well equipped and functionally designed. The pass-through window from the kitchen to the lanai makes outdoor barbecuing and dining a breeze.
