Hukilau Hale at Holua Kai. Ocean front home located in Kailua Kona, on the Big Island of Hawaii.
Enjoy a unique Hawaiian escape with a front row seat to your own unobstructed 180 degree ocean view. 
Hukilau Hale is perched on cliffs overlooking the third hole of Kona Country Club golf course.  Located within a small gated community of Holua Kai adjacent to the Holua Racquet and Paddle Center and walking distance from Keauhou Bay, the Sheraton Resort & Convention Center and several historical sites.    
Built in 2018, Hukilau Hale is Hawaiian plantation style architecture with 2,333 square feet of open concept living. The private entry porch and courtyard garden invites you to kick off your shoes and step into a great room with a 20-foot pocketing, mahogany glass door that connects the lanai to the great room and your ocean views. The Lanai with comfortable outdoor seating, a plunge pool, outdoor shower and conversation area is perfectly positioned to enjoy your sunsets.
At the center of the great room is a spacious gourmet kitchen with all pro appliances: induction cook-top, oversized oven and microwave, wine fridge and refrigerator with ice and water in the door. There is generous storage pantry for groceries and beverages. A large continuous granite countertop kitchen island is furnished with six swivel back bar stools for casual dining and a convenient side buffet that can accommodate set-ups for your coffee or beverages. The BBQ is located in the fenced courtyard just off the kitchen. 
The ceiling of the great room features a grass cloth ceiling with mahogany trim and an island style ceiling fan. The great room floors are off white porcelain tile with area rugs. A custom Koa wood dining table will accommodate six people comfortably. Opposite the dining table is a comfy living room with a comfy down cushion sofa, two swivel chairs with moveable foot stools and a 70” flat screen TV with local channels. The house also has WiFi.  Hukilau Hale is styled for a casual beach lifestyle with the textures of Hawaii.     
Hukilau is a three-bedroom suite home. Two King size bed suites with TV’s, one with a soaking tub and both with walk-in showers and large closets. The third bedroom has a Queen bed with private bath, shower/tub and a teak wardrobe closet.  All bedrooms have carpeting, black out shades, fans and operable windows.
A convenient utility room is equipped with a modern washer and dryer and counter. A Landline phone with answering machine are located here.  The home has central air conditioning.
Outdoor shower is located near pool, for easy rinsing off and gear clean up. A drying rack and hooks are provided on Lanai for drying beach towels.   There are two off street parking spaces in front of the garage. The garage is not available to guests.      
There is a community center accessed by a path across the street from the house. There you will find a larger pool, a large spa, a covered dining area, lounge chairs, restrooms, shower and foot wash and two professional BBQ’s.
This is a non-smoking, no pets property. 5-night minimum required, 10-night minimum stay during Ironman and Christmas. Please be aware some golf course maintenance and mowing may occur in early mornings which may start as early as 5:00 am Hawaii Tax ID: 015-157-9136-01.  STVR-19-349976

Aloha and welcome to the Big Island. We are thankful to Hawaii and its peoples for allowing us to work and play on this great island. Kona Coast Vacations manages over 200 condos, homes and estates along the leeward (dry and sunny) side of the Big Island ( this island is named Hawaii, same name as the State). We are located right in Kailua Kona which is about 10 minutes south of the KOA (Kona) international airport. Most people include Kailua Kona, Keauhou, Kahaluu, and Holualoa, under the umbrella of the name Kona. We also have team members living near the resort area ( about 25 minutes north of the airport) which include Mauna Kea, Mauna Lani, Hali'i Kai, Waikoloa Beach Resort (near the coast), Waikoloa Village (up mountain, about 15 minutes from the coast), etc. Our team of inspectors check the property before your arrival, after you depart, and we inspect the cleaners. If something is amiss, please let us know immediately on arrival and we will address your concerns ASAP. We are open seven days a week to assist guests and owners.
