Wake up in your big comfy bed to stare out over the sparkling ocean. Have a nightcap with your special someone in the full length window seat watching the lights come on over the boardwalk at night and the Ferris wheel and casino lights shine. All this from your private condo! We provide towels, super comfy bed linens, basic kitchen utensils. You'll have access to FREE parking, free pool (seasonal), and direct boardwalk access to the beach! Guest access You will have the entire condo to yourself Other things to note Thanks for your interest in my place - I appreciate you stopping by! Our place house is the perfect place for families and friends to gather and enjoy the beach! 1) Confirm that only registered guests will be at the house. It sleeps plenty all ready, but our family home is not available for non-registered guests. 2) This is not a party house, its a family home. If a party is detected by the noise monitoring system, it automatically contacts local law enforcement. The city is pretty cautious to ensure that no one disturbed, ya know? Just wanted to double check that this is fits your needs. Important Update: The shared hot tub and gym is currently undergoing maintenance and will be unavailable. We appreciate your understanding and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Our property still offers a fantastic array of amenities to ensure you have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Please be aware that we do not provide daily housekeeping service at our condo. We clean the condo and provide one set of fresh bed linens and towels for you during your stay. COVID Updates: The beach and boardwalk are WIDE open! Casinos are open for business. Restaurants are open all up and down the boardwalk with outdoor seating -- and really, it's pretty great being able to sit outside to eat and drink and watch the ocean. Pool Information The pool is *normally* open from Memorial Day thru Labor Day. The pool IS open seasonally.
