Welcome to Maison Ridonkinport. Just steps from the French Quarter and Frenchmen Street, this charming 2-bedroom, 2nd-floor condo is located in a historic home in the wonderful Marigny neighborhood. It’s a five to ten minute walk to the party scene, but away from all of the hullabaloo for quiet time when you need to recharge. The primary bedroom has a queen-sized bed and ensuite full bath. The second bedroom has two twin beds, adjacent to a second bath with a shower. The space Access the property through the secured gate at the sidewalk, and you enter a classic New Orleans courtyard. This unit is located on the second floor via an exterior staircase. From the balcony, you'll enter the kitchen/dining area, equipped with basic amenities and coffee supplies. There is also a table with four chairs, the perfect spot to sip on your morning cup before heading into the city. Turn to the left and you'll pass a 3/4 bathroom with a walk-in shower on your way to the music room, equipped with two twin beds. Turn to the right off of the kitchen to enter the alligator room. Rest comfortably atop a queen bed and enjoy the ensuite full bathroom. All of our beds are furnished with luxurious Tuft and Needle memory foam mattresses for a wonderful night’s rest when you’re done exploring all NOLA has to offer. Both bedrooms (and the kitchen) have smart TVs that can be used to log in to your preferred streaming services. This is the perfect spot to recharge after a long day in the city. Guest access Guests have the use of our condo and private balcony, as well as the shared courtyard. There is ample free street parking, just do not block driveways and obey any signage.
