Room 2 has 2 twin XLs and a fun reading nook with books and games. The living room has a pullout queen bed for extra guests! A quick drive to many of Des Moines attractions like the zoo, airport, downtown, Wells Fargo arena, parks, & more! The space Two spacious bedrooms with large closets to hold enough for those who overpack the most! Luggage carriers as well to hold your bags. 12 inch Memory Foam mattresses with 3 inch memory foam toppers and blackout curtains in rooms for a comfortable stay. Updated full bath with modern industrial design, travel toiletries included in case you forgot yours! Our space is a bi-level layout. When you enter the front door, you are greeted with stairs to go down to the living room kitchen & half bath or up to the 2 bedrooms, reading nook & full bath. The kitchen has all of the basics for a quick stay or a long-term stay! Coffee and tea are provided to start your days off right! We have tried to think of everything you could possibly need while staying at our place! We are frequently short-term rental travelers ourselves and have included all of the best details from our years of traveling! Guest access You can easily fit 2-3 vehicles on the driveway in front of the shed. You can also park on the same side of the street as the property, just make sure you are following all city parking rules! Keyless entry with a smart keypad on the front door for ease of access and a backup keypad on the back! A locked amish-built shed is on the side of the house for your use as well if you have anything needed to store (ie. bikes).
