Carefully decorated to impress. A must-see! SORRY NO PETS ALLOWED The space The back house is a two-floor one bedroom addition to the owner’s home with a private entrance. Kitchen, LR and DR are on the first floor. The Bathroom, BR and loft are located on the second floor. A lot of care went into this space in order to make our guests feel cozy, comfortable and at home. NO PETS ALLOWED Please do not ask for an extra discount for stays over 28 days, as your price already reflects a 40% discount Guest access Guest can access the rental through the red entrance door in the courtyard using a four-digit key code we have programmed for our guests prior to arrival. Other things to note NO PETS ALLOWED. Not because we don’t absolutely adore animals! We have many pets of our own. However, we offer our rental as a pet-free smoke-free allergen-free space for all of our guests. We prefer to have all guests remove their shoes upon entering. This helps keep our place clean so that we can keep our cleaning fees low. Please use the coasters provided throughout the space to protect our wood furniture. Our driveway can be busy at times, especially when we or our guests have company. Try to park in your designated spot or another spot out of the way of anyone else coming through to park. Additional spots can be anywhere in the driveway, as long as there is enough space for other cars to come in and out. If you notice a car in one of your designated spots, we shall have the car moved immediately (sometimes our own guests don’t realize we have guests here!)
