Our rustically charming lakefront home is located in the heart of Greenwood Lake! You’re just a hop and skip away from your own private beach and dock for swimming and fishing. Our cabin is great for families, a group of friends or a quiet retreat for two! The space Our home can accommodate 8 guests (if children are included in the guest count to stay the kids room). Guests have the entire home to themselves which contains 2 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms. The first floor has two large bedrooms, both with queen size beds. The upstairs loft contains two bedrooms that are separated by a conjoining bathroom and a barn door. One upstairs bedrooms has a full-size bed and the other bedroom has a trundle bed with two twin beds. The upstairs loft bedrooms are kid themed with some toys and books making it a perfect space for families traveling with children! The kitchen is equipped with all your cooking needs (feel free to use the condiments and spices!) and of course, magical views of the lake! Enjoy the shallow waterfront at our PRIVATE beach, perfect for swimming and fishing. There is plenty of space to jump into the lake or take our paddle board (1) or kayak (1) out for a spin (life vest also provided). In the evening, enjoy a campfire in the fire pit or cook out on the gas grill as the sun goes down. Guest access Guess have full access to the entire house and grounds including the lake, dock and our mini private beach. Other things to note Our cabin can accommodate 8 guests and that is the MAXIMUM number of people permitted on the property at any time! (Please include infants and children in the number of guests) More than 8 people on the grounds must be requested and may be approved based on the request. Our Lakehouse is on a private one-way resident street so we have parking in our driveway for 3-4 cars ONLY. Please do not park in the yard so we can keep our grass green :) If you need additional parking, you can park a car at the park and ride in greenwood lake village or the park and ride at the southbound shore of the lake and carpool from there. We do not have central air but have some AC units in the home. There is a large unit in the kitchen/family room and units in the bedrooms. *This is a LAKEFRONT property, meaning there WILL be bugs and spiders, so if you hate them, the lake isn’t for you.*
