(+ powerful wifi for those hybrid Zooms/Teams calls) The space Our garage apartment has been a beloved home to friends and family since we moved to Asbury Park in 2016. We lived in it for three years while renovating our main house on 5th Ave. Upon entry, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen and an open living space, perfect for board games, overnight guests, and kid-friendly playpens and toys. The sliding screen door provides a refreshing cross-breeze during the day. Off the kitchen is a full bathroom with a sunken shower. Adjacent to the living area, you’ll find two rooms: Main Bedroom: This spacious room features a queen bed, walk-in closet, reading nook, and workspace. It's the perfect size for a pack-and-play crib. Sunken Sunroom: A cozy alcove with a loveseat that pulls out to a twin bed, ideal as a dedicated play area or sunny morning reading nook. The walk-in closet includes a blow-up mattress and spare sheets. The living room couch can accommodate a fourth guest if needed, though the space may feel tight with four people. Enjoy strong WiFi and a Samsung Frame TV equipped with all the latest streaming apps. Location: Downtown Asbury Park is just a 2-minute drive away, with coffee shops within walking distance. A Wegmans, Target, and Costco are conveniently located within 5 minutes off Sunset Ave in Ocean. For guests with pets, you’ll be happy to know that the neighborhood is very pet-friendly and safe, perfect for morning, afternoon, and evening walks. Other things to note Please empty all trash and recycling into the designated bins by the assigned parking spaces during your stay and prior to check-out. If your stay is longer than 3 days, and during one of the below collections days, please bring trash to Comstock Street the evening prior.
