This condo is in a more laid back part of Oahu away from the tourists and crowds. Nested in the lush secluded Makaha Valley, with beautiful views of the mountains and the ocean from the 16th floor. World famous Makaha Beach is a 3 minute drive or 10 minute walk away. Other beautiful and swimmable / snorkeling beaches are about 10 minutes by car. It is the West side of Oahu - sunsets are the most beautiful on the island. This is a 16th-floor 1-bedroom, 1-bath condo that includes a spacious living room, new appliances and granite countertops in a fully-stocked kitchen, dining table, balcony with patio furniture, a new king-size mattress in the bedroom, newly installed hardwood flooring, central AC with unlimited use, free high speed internet access with strong Wi-Fi, basic cable TV and Roku channels. Guests are welcome to enjoy the pool and bbq area. Laundry machines are available on almost every floor, few steps away from the condo. No need for change, there is a card you can swipe and refill. Beach gear includes umbrella, chairs, towels and a boogie board. When you arrive at the towers, you will need to have your ID ready for inspection at the gate to be let onto the property. If you have a vehicle you will either need your rental papers or if your car belongs to you, the valid insurance information. There are two very low-traffic roads leading into the valley from the main coastline highway that runs along the west side of Oahu. Valley is lightly-developed with great natural views. Makaha beach, which offers white sands, blue waters, and is a surfing hotspot, is a 3 minute drive away or a 15 minute walk just down the road. 10 minutes farther west, you'll have access to a number of equally beautiful and swimmable beaches. The bus will take you to nearby beaches, shopping, Ko Olina, Honolulu or remote beaches and hiking trails/other attractions. Car is recommended.
