The space Guests have their own separate outside entrance and must access the apartment with a flight of stairs. The apartment does not share any walls with the main house and is above the garage. The space is very quiet. There is a queen bed in the bedroom and a pullout couch in the living room that could accommodate one adult or 2 children. Guest access Parking is free. There is a one-vehicle parking pad located next to the front door of the unit. The parking space is only for use by guests, so you will always have a place to park. There is a regular/standard outlet next to the parking pad that can be used for car charging. Additional free parking is available on the street. Other things to note Long-term renters are very welcome and will receive a discounted rate.
