Two bedroom railroad-style apartment (note: you must walk through 1 bedroom to access the other bedroom!) in downtown Hoboken, located a 5 min walk from the PATH train/bus to NYC, as well as parks w/ amazing views of the NYC skyline & shops/bars. This location is perfect balance of being near the attractions you wish to see, while also giving you a quiet getaway at night. Whether you are here for business or to explore NYC, our home is the perfect getaway. 4th floor walk-up (3 flights). The space After 5 years of being rented for long term residents, this property is available for stays again. The beautiful, hardwood floored living room is outfitted with a 55” smart TV and has dimmable lights that can be controlled via remote. A custom breakfast bar seats three, and a stocked kitchen has all the what you need to make meals at home. Missing something? we live a block away and are happy to help! Walk down the hall and you’ll find a washer/dryer combo, a half-bath that leads into our first bedroom space. Keep walking through that bedroom to find the full bath, equipped with tub and shampoo, conditioner, and soap, and you’ll also find the second bedroom and 50” TV. Both bedrooms are equipped with queen beds. Please note: the bedrooms are connected to each other as this is a railroad style apartment: you have to walk through one of the bedrooms to get through to the other bedroom, as well as walk through one of them to get to the master bath. The half bath is accessible both through the hallway and through one bedroom. Both bedrooms have full doors and full walls for privacy. Please note, we are on the 4th floor, with no elevator, so you MUST be able to walk up 3 flights of stairs with luggage. We unfortunately can’t provide help bringing up luggage. That’s city living for you! Guest access No parking provided, metered parking and paid lots/garages all throughout Hoboken; simply Google search "Hoboken Parking" and many options and information will appear. There is one lot directly across from our building that has daily paid parking rates too! Other things to note ⚠️ BEFORE YOU BOOK: RAILROAD STYLE BEDROOMS: While each bedroom has full walls/doors, the second bedroom is only accessed through the first bedroom; and the bathroom for guests in the second bedroom is only accessed through the first bedroom. CONSTRUCTION 2025-2026: There is currently a major construction project happening right next door, so during the day (hours from 8am-6pm is when it is happening) there will be noises due to drilling, scaffolding, and machinery during the day and scaffolding in back of our building. WALK-UP, NO ELEVATOR: On the fourth floor (so you need to be willing and able to walk up 3 flights, with luggage!) NO PARTIES/QUIET HOURS: This is our home "away from home" that we love and care for! We host our own out-of-town family here often. This is a space to retreat, sleep, eat, relax and enjoy Hoboken and NYC/surrounding areas, but we are not a place to host parties. Our building also has quiet hours (no loud music, be respectful in shared hallways) from 10pm-7am. Please honor and respect this policy when staying with us as we want to be respectful to our neighbors who are full time residents in our lovely building. KIDS/BABIES: The space is currently not baby-proofed with safety measures (we may work on this soon or upon request), but we live down the street and can always loan out some toys and a pack-and-play - our kids are 1 and 4!
