Located just minutes from Sergeantsville, 15-20 mins to Flemington, and 10 mins to Stockton and Deleware River. 15 min drive to New Hope and Lambertville. Located on a few acres of land this home is calm and tranquil. The back porch faces the open farm land - sit and enjoy nature - deer, foxes, birds and more! Surrounded by open farm land on almost all sides. The house is shared with my family (primarily John). This is a pet friendly home with a cat living here outside on the property! Guest access Guests can access the kitchen, back porch, yard and shared bathroom During your stay You will live with me John and maybe my son Jarrett. I am a friendly host who enjoys riding motorcycles, going to live music, and watching various nightime television shows in my spare time. I work full time so most of the day I am out and about. Other things to note Please ask before you do laundry. We have a limit of one load per guest per week you stay. If you need mire you can at a fee if $5 per load. Only small dogs that are hypoallergenic and non-shedding are permitted for guests to bring. If you’d like to bring a bigger dog, a shedding dog or cat, then we can discuss the details of the possibility, but unfortunately there have been too many incidents with guest bringing pets that shed and getting the entire place covered in dog hair, which is not good for future guests and takes a very long time to clean up.
