You will find this place comfortable and convenient to your Lowell and Boston activities. The space This is the first of the 2 units being renovated to be completed. (Yeah! And it's beautiful!) The other side is nearing completion, so there is a minimum of noise, and not before 9:30 or 10 in the morning (and they quit by 3) during weekdays. If you think there might be a problem, let me know, I can have my guys work around it. What I'm trying to say is you most likely won't be bothered by anything happening on the other side during your stay. This place is normally available for a minimum of 3 nights. Please be cautious if walking around yard. Other things to note No Parties No Smoking No Pets Leave beds slept in unmade (so my cleaning crew know which ones to change) Notice to Guest: Dishware, glassware, kitchenware and/or utensils have been provided as a guest convenience. These items have been cleaned within the unit using ordinary household dishwashing facilities and agents. They have not been sanitized according to Federal and State standards for public food service establishments. Also feel free to use what you find in the kitchen for spices, etc. If you come across something that is marginal or better off being thrown out - please do so. The contents of the cabinets are not scrutinized by the cleaners.
