NO SMOKING. This space is my house turned into a duplex. My husband and I live next door. The only shared space is the laundry room. You have your own thermostat. You can lock the door on your side leading to the laundry room. There is also a lock on the bedroom door. There is a 9 inch step up to enter the apartment. Be sure to READ the HOUSE RULES section of this location. NO animals. NO smoking. I’m highly allergic to both. So are some other guests that book here. Guest access You have your own off road parking.
