The unattached grand studio, is fully equipped, above the garage with outstanding views and private entry. All 4 bedrooms are airconditioned. There are large fans in the great rooms. The property is all walled and gated. Tropical gardens lead right to the beach. All common areas are very large to accommodate up to 12 persons. There are 3 big screen TV's. The lanais are wide and sweeping. We pride outselves in our service. We are available 24/7 and have a great team on the island to handle any questions or problems you may have. Although our post office is Waimea, the area in which the home is situated is Puako Beach. This is a 3 miles country road that deadends to the Orchid at Mauna Lani. To the north within minutes by car is the Hapuna and Mauna Kea Resorts. We are perfectly located. There is a small grocery within a 3 minute walk from our property. There are many car rental agencies at their airport. Our home is 20 minutes north of Kona Airport. We are a pet-free environment- no pets are allowed. Weddings, parties, etc. are not permitted. This is a quiet beach front residential neighborhood. Our island representative will meet you at the property to give you the keys, show you around and answer any questions you may have. She will also be at the home to check you out.
