Modern Cabin 5 mins from Downtown Missoula!

Work remote or vacation a 5 min drive from Downtown Missoula, the Clarkfork River & Hiking trails! Ski or Snowboard at Snowbowl in the winter, or raft & fish in the summer! Dedicated office with a desk, office chair & twin sized day bed. The queen bed in the bedroom sleeps 2 comfortably, and the living room futon folds out, so you can sleep 4 people (if 2 share the queen bed). This small but cozy basement unit is a 5 min drive to downtown Missoula- dine, shop & see live music! The space This is the basement unit of a log cabin duplex, (each unit is approx 640 sq ft). The upper unit is an Air B&B rental as well, so you may here some walking above or water running. There is a white noise machine in the bedroom to help offset this. Quiet hours are enforced, so please notify me immediately is the upstairs guest is violating this. This unit has a private entrance from the backyard. No shared spaces. There is some construction going on currently next door as well. Again, this is a basement apartment. Guest access Parking is in the alley, 2 spots. Just park in the alley, open the gate and walk across the yard to a small flight of steps down to your air bb. Other things to note There are wall heaters in the unit that work great in the winter months! It is in the basement so stays nice and cool in the hot summer months, no air conditioning needed. There is a TV you can use- so bring your Fire Stick! There is NO cable, FYI, so you can only use it if you bring your Fire Stick.
