A three-bedroom townhome in a new housing development in Kalispell and conveniently located near Logan Healthcare, schools, and shopping. The minimum stay requirement is 30 days so it would be great for traveling healthcare workers or other types of short-term employment. Air BnB put the location as Evergreen, but it is now considered part of the City of Kalispell. The space There are three bedrooms all of which are upstairs. There is a full-size bathroom for the other two bedrooms as well as a laundry room. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet, an ensuite bathroom, and a small child's room. Downstairs is the kitchen, dining area, living room, and a half bath. Other things to note There are some outdoor security cameras and they are located with one facing outward in the backyard, one in the garage facing the garage door, and one out front facing the drive way. There is also a Google doorbell camera at the front door.
