Hidden on a quiet cul-de-sac in historic Cape May, Beauty of the Cape is the perfect place to both maximize your vacation relaxation and enjoy all that the island has to offer. With six spacious and beautifully decorated bedrooms and four full bathrooms, this expansive house has room for the whole family without ever feeling like you are on top of each other. With three living spaces, a cozy covered front porch, and a gorgeous back yard patio with saltwater pool, you'll never want to leave! The space Beauty of the Cape is a three-story, 6 bedroom, 4 full bathroom recently renovated single family home that is located on a quiet cul-de-sac in Cape May, NJ. The first floor has an office/bedroom with a queen pullout couch and access to the first floor bathroom. The first floor is open concept with excellent flow. There are two living areas on the first floor and one living area on the second floor. The first floor has a large gourmet kitchen with counter seating and the dining room has a large table that can seat 10. The second floor has two queen bedrooms, a hall bathroom, and a king bedroom with ensuite bathroom. The third floor has a bedroom with a twin bed with trundle bed and a full-over-full sized bunk bed. The third floor also has a king bedroom with sitting area and a full ensuite bathroom. The home has a large wrap-around porch with plenty of seating. The backyard is fenced in and has a saltwater pool (can be heated for an additional charge). The pool is open Memorial Day to Labor Day. The back deck has outdoor dining options and is also fenced in. There is a gas barbecue in the backyard. The house also has a private gym with a Peloton bike that can be accessed through the garage. In season, there is a private beach box on Philadelphia Avenue with chairs stored directly on the beach for your convenience! More information about beach access will be provided upon request. Please note, All linens are included at the property. You will find a clean set of sheets folded at the end of each bed, a set of bath towels and 1 beach towel per guest. Guest access There is a lockbox located on the property. The check-in information, including the code to the lockbox, will be shared just prior to check-in. Other things to note LAUNDRY ROOM AND GARAGE - Washer and Dryer - Utility sink - Extra refrigerator BACKYARD - Outdoor shower (hot/cold water) - Gas Grill - Saltwater pool (additional charge of $25 per day if you would like the pool heated for your visit. You must commit to heating it for the entire stay if you would like to have it heated.) Beauty of the Cape may be a great fit for your group, but big parties are not acceptable. Before booking, please take the time to consider what your group’s vacation plans entail to see if everyone will consider this property to be a good fit. - The primary renter must be a minimum of 30 years of age. - Absolutely no prom, high school, college or spring break renters. - If you have falsely represented your group, your lease is considered null/void and you will not have use of the property. No monies will be returned. - Only those stipulated in the rental agreement are allowed. No outside visitors. - All interior areas of this house are 100% smoke free.
