The home has a fully equipped kitchen featuring dinnerware, flatware, glassware, cooking pots/pans, plasticware, kitchen essentials like plastic and foil wrap, napkins, paper towels, plastic cutlery, bbq utensils, both a Keurig coffee maker as well as a regular drip coffeemaker and teapot. Our stainless steel refrigerator has a water and ice dispenser and there is a microwave, stove/oven and dishwasher as well. We have included kitchen cleaning products, a starter supply of Kcups, sugar, powdered creamer and some general spices such as salt/pepper, olive oil etc. The blender is ready to make your favorite drinks/shakes, there is a four slice toaster for breakfast preparation. The stove has a griddle to make those eggs or pancakes with ease. Baking pans, cutting boards, measuring spoons and most every other kitchen gadget is conveniently in the kitchen for your use. Want to cook some seafood or a large batch of corn on the cob? We have a large steamer pot all ready for your use as well as coolers, plastic drinkware and bbq essentials. The grocery store is just a few miles away where you can stock up on your groceries or visit the liquor store next door for your favorite beverages. There is a clothes steamer and hair dryer available for your use. The closets have plenty of hangers and the bedrooms have dressers or other storage features to unpack your belongings. Each bedroom, as well as the living room and kitchen have new window a/c units that will keep you cool and comfortable. Most operate with remote controls. Our smart tv is connected to the wifi and you're welcome to stream your favorite apps to enjoy. Board games, playing cards, puzzles and books are in the bonus room. The local beach has a book cart stocked with materials to enjoy without charge. SECURITY DEPOSIT REQUIRED: Upon booking, guests are required to remit a security deposit in the amount of $1,000 payable through Airbnb's Resolution Center. This request will come directly from Airbnb and will protect the Host from any damages to the home. Security deposit refunds will be returned back to the guest via Airbnb's Resolution Center once Host has confirmed if any damages have occurred to the property. Host agrees to provide guest with appropriate photos and/or documentation for any deductions from the guest's security deposit.
