Whether you're here for vacation or working away from your home office you'll be well equipped with a fully supplied kitchen, fast internet and privacy. This 2 bdrm has a queen and a full size bed. Amenities: -Free parking, driveway -W/D -Patio furniture -Desk -Towels & linens. Guests have the property to themselves. The space Rooms are simple and neat. There is laminate flooring, no carpeting. The main bedroom has a good size closet with hangers where you can store your luggage and/or utilize the luggage rack. There is also a large bin to use for dirty laundry/towels, a clothes drying rack and a coat rack. There is a 4 drawer dresser and a tv. The second bedroom has a smaller closet with hangers. You'll find the iron and ironing board here. There is hanging storage and a luggage rack. In addition, there is a 3 drawer dresser in the living room. The living room has a tv, a desk, pull out sofa, chair and a luggage rack. Blankets are stored in the coffee table bin. There are 2 "rag" towels in the bin for use when it's raining out and you want to throw down a towel to manage the water. You'll find 2 umbrellas in the desk drawer. The bathroom has a large, tiled shower stall with a hand held sprayer. It's equipped with shower towels, hand towels, wash cloths, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, bath soap, bath mat, toilet paper and hair dryer. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pan, cutlery, gadgets, cutting board as well as a toaster, blender, coffee maker, microwave, dish towels, sponge, dish drying rack, dish soap, trash bags, paper towels, coffee filters and dishwasher pods. Complimentary coffee, sugar and cream are available. You'll find a small cooler bag above the microwave. The first aid kit is also stored here. There is a washer/dryer with a start up supply of detergent pods. Along the left side of the w/d is a clothes drying rack. Along the right side are the beach towels and a boot tray. You'll have no problem finding a place to charge your phones. Guest access The local area is ideal for biking and walking. The bay is 8-10 blocks from the house. The ocean is a 10-15 drive. Parking is not an issue and its free anywhere in North Cape May. We recommend downloading the Park Mobile App for the city parking meters. You can extend your stay from anywhere when you reach expiration. It's easy! Other things to note There is a 2 night minimum for all months. Mid week or daily cleaning and freshening up is available for an additional fee of $50/day. Feel free to inquire to discuss your needs. There is a fee of $75 pp per night for unapproved guests. There is a back yard, patio, patio furniture and grill. There is an enclosed outside shower so you can rinse off under the warmth of the sun! Outside storage holds the seat cushions and soda/beer bucket. Other items available: clothes line, rain umbrellas, grocery bags, beach tags, beach chairs, beach towels, linens, blankets, skewers, cooler bag, ice bucket.
