Unit 5G at Hali'i Kai is where the Big Island slows you down: mornings with coffee and the soft rustle of palms, evenings with ceiling fans turning quietly and dinner coming together in a well-stocked kitchen. This two-level, 1,930-square-foot condo in Waikoloa Village is built for groups who want space, ease, and a genuine taste of Hawaii's leeward coast. The space Spread across two levels within the 29-acre Hali'i Kai resort, Unit 5G is anchored by an open-plan main floor that connects directly to a furnished private lanai with garden and fairway views. Air conditioning and ceiling fans keep the home comfortable year-round. A flat-screen TV, WiFi, and a dedicated workspace make it just as practical for a working retreat as it is for a full group getaway. Self check-in offers a flexible arrival, building staff are available 24 hours a day, and a washer and dryer take care of the practicalities of longer stays - which are warmly welcomed. Sleeping arrangements The condo sleeps 8 guests across 3 bedrooms and 4 beds. The master suite features a king bed and opens directly onto the private lanai, with its own ensuite bathroom - a proper retreat after a long day out on the island. The two additional bedrooms each offer queen beds, giving families and groups a well-spaced, comfortable layout across both floors. Kitchen & dining The fully equipped kitchen handles everything from a quick breakfast before a beach morning to a sit-down dinner for the whole group. A refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker are all on hand, along with cooking basics so you can make the most of local produce without an extra supply run. Gather everyone at the indoor dining table, or take plates out to the lanai and eat with a fairway view and warm Waikoloa air for company. Bathrooms Three full bathrooms serve the home. The master ensuite features a bathtub and double vanity - well suited to an unhurried morning or a slow evening wind-down. All bathrooms are stocked with hair dryers, shampoo, hot water, and bathroom essentials. Resort amenities As a guest of Hali'i Kai, you have access to the resort's shared pool, gym, and restaurant cabana across the grounds. Location Hali'i Kai sits along the Waikoloa Beach Course on Hawaii's leeward coast, with a waterfront position that puts beaches, ocean excursions, hiking, shopping, and dining all within easy reach. The leeward side of the Big Island tends to run sunny and unhurried - and as the light shifts over the fairway at the end of the day, it's easy to see why people keep coming back.
