Almost every guest describes my place as cozy, which was the feeling I was going for when I designed the space! You'll love this good sized 300 sq. ft PRIVATE 1 bedroom studio. This unit has its own entrance w/ punch code door, full bathroom, large walk-in closet, mini fridge, freezer and microwave. It has one parking spot in the driveway and a washer /dryer. The backyard is shared but the unit has a private patio. Rental is attached to a single family home. (Please note: No full kitchen) The space Great cozy studio room with desk, table, coffee and more! There is a shared swimming pool can be used if available. Centrally located in Waltham, MA near to colleges and 15 minutes into Boston. Guest access Guests have full access to a large studio type room. The room has its own private entrance and is not shared with a rest of the house. The room has a small kitchen table, small fridge and microwave, small, and a private washer dryer. There is a small electric fireplace, TV with cable and internet. There is a swimming pool in the summer that is a shared space with my family. The pool is open mid May to mid September. Other things to note The parking spot is on the left-hand side of the driveway.
