The space A 4 bed 2 bed space with a 1,400 sf. ft. event / studio space. There is a nice outdoor patio area with BBQ that leads to the pond & beach area. A scenic country drive (15-20 minutes to/from Bozeman, Belgrade, Manhattan or the Airport). National Forest and numerous trailheads within minutes. 5 minutes to excellent trout fishing along the East Gallatin River. Our 5 acre start-up farm provides an oasis for foxes, birds, deer, and elk. Animal sounds and viewing are abundant. Owners run an outfitting & adventure business so are happy to arrange or outfit onsite or offsite adventures/experiences for guests. **IMPORTANT NOTES**: We’ve painted a nice picture for you and it is no less than absolute majestical here but please know this place is not a brand new Big Sky Luxury McMansion. It is whimsical, eccentric, quirky, & rustic. We hope that can be embraced. We currently working on starting a farm on the property so may be chickens, ducks, turkeys, goats running amok. (All very friendly\non-aggressive) We live in another house in the corner of the property with our 10 year old daughter & a sweet mannered golden retriever. There is basement space in the home reserved for a farm caretaker. It is entranced separately. We state up to 12 guests in the listing with the intent to offer affordable accommodations for larger families with kiddos / infants that co-sleep & an additional granny, family member/friend, but If more than 8 adults we require a pre-booking discussion and hope you can understand & respect the need to be mindful about septic & water use. Sleeping-wise: Bedroom 1: king bed, Bedroom 2: Queen bed and twin bed, Bedroom 3: King bed and twin trundle (2 twins), Bedroom 4: two twin beds The rental comes with linen for all 8 beds. We know most of the surrounding neighbors in this tight-knit, small & rural community of Reese Creek. We seek to surround ourselves only with well mannered and positive natured folks with proven backgrounds & transparency. We ask that you tell us a bit about yourself, the nature of your stay/travels, etc. so we can get assurance we only attracting safe & responsible folks here as we have kiddos to keep safe & neighbors to respect. Kid Friendly. We love kids visiting this special place, but please not there are over 5ft deep ponds & other potential that exist here. You must take full-responsibility for keeping your kids safe here and know this is a farm / kids challenge course kind of setting vs. in town condo. We are big animal lovers, but pets require a pre-booking conversation. We reserve the right to protect our kids, free range chickens, & furniture, & linens. We've experienced much damage, barking, & a few accidental animal deaths due to visiting doggies so covering our bases, but will be as accommodating as possible. We in the process of starting a farm on the property so there may be chickens, ducks, turkeys, goose, & goats running amok.
